When the company controls the personal data of employees from overseas processing units, it will promptly handle various documents and visa procedures for employees in accordance with regulations. After the certificate is issued, the company will send the certificate to the overseas processing unit to send the relevant employees to my country.
According to the "Labor Dispatch Contract", the customer manages on a monthly basis, determines the number of working days and overtime hours of the employee, and then submits a practical report to the company, which will calculate the employee's salary. All total wages will be indicated in the monthly invoice. After the customer is confirmed, the customer will be transferred to the company's financial account, and then the company will pay the employee's salary on behalf of the company.
Even if the company has already purchased social insurance for all employees, the customer should be responsible for the safety management of the facilities and environment at the work site, provide necessary labor protection conditions, and ensure the labor safety of employees. Once the employee is injured due to work, the company will be responsible for handling insurance matters.
If the customer is dissatisfied with the employee's service performance or attitude, he can notify the company, and then the company's professional service personnel immediately contact the relevant units and employees, and then make a decision after understanding it.
The company will fill new employees to customers in the shortest possible time. For the dispatched employees who run away, the company will be responsible for handling the procedures related to escape.
